The Guernsey County Sportsmen for Conservation is a non-profit Membership Organization. 

The application is available and can be completed on line for printing from your local printer.

• NOTE:  You must have adobe acrobat reader on your computer to be able to access this form.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click the Adobe Acrobat Reader link or the icon below for a free download.  You can complete the form and print it on your printer.  You will not be able to save the membership form on your computer, without Adobe Acrobat Writer, which is not a free download.

• For an online copy of the Membership Application click here.  You can print the form and complete it by hand.  You can, also, complete the form by clicking on the blanks and typing the information in the spaces provided on the form.  There are check boxes for selecting items of interest.  Then the form can be printed for signature.) 

Prospective members must complete a Membership Application and submit the application fee of $25.00 along with the application.  Applicant attendance is requested for both the first and second readings of the application.  Upon second reading of the application and acceptance, the applicant must pay the yearly membership dues.

Annual Dues Schedule (Dues amount includes 7% sales tax):

    2010    $  50.00

    2011    $  65.00

    2012    $  80.00

    2013    $  95.00

    2014    $100.00
