The following events are scheduled at or for the club.  Each activity is indicated as open to the public or for club members only.  Please feel free to join us accordingly.  Thank you!

Important notices:

• All events MUST be requested at least ONE WEEK in advance to allow time for them to be posted to the calendar and allow other member the courtesy of knowing the clubhouse, grounds and/or range(s) will be unavailable for a period of time during YOUR event.  Please be courteous of your fellow members in this matter.  Thank you!
   

• NOTICE:  Nick needs a committee of 5 good, hardworking people to help him coordinate the maintenance and care of the buildings and grounds, and shooting ranges.  Please contact Nick at froggtank@yahoo.com if you are interested in working with him on this committee.  Only those with the best interest of the club at heart need apply.  Thank you!

• To save time and call backs when making reservations for the Events Calendar, please provide the following information:  day, date, time(s), event, area to be reserved (such as clubhouse, grounds, range(s), campground, etc).  EMAIL the information to Nick Repasky at froggtank@yahoo.com whenever possible.  Thank you!
   

• New list of items for club maintenance coming soon from Nick Repasky, Chairperson of Building & Grounds.  Members, please review and see how you can help out and make our facilities better.   Contact Nick Repasky by email to arrange your work party time, as he no longer has a land line.  Additionally, if you plan on using either range (Pistol or Rifle) for more than 3 hours straight on any given day, please contact Nick Repasky to reserve it.  Thank you!
   

• EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY--EQUIPMENT OPERATION CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED BY THE CLUB INSURANCE POLICY BEFORE you operate any club equipment.  Contact Nick Repasky for certification.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!  Failure to comply will VOID the insurance company's liability for repair or replacement cost for damaged equipment operated by uncertified members.  GET CERTIFIED TO OPERATE CLUB EQUIPMENT!
